Plant & Machinery Live Exhibition 2016: What to Expect

Plant & Machinery Live returns to Birmingham this year, providing the perfect opportunity for suppliers and contractors to meet face-to-face and discuss new deals and future prospects in the field. Ahead of the exhibition this Autumn, this month we’ll be running you through the event and what you can expect from it.

The Event

To say that Plant & Machinery Live is an industry highlight of the year would be an understatement: it is the leading construction show for earth moving and lifting machinery in the country. In 2015 there were 24,342 industry professionals who attended Plant & Machinery Live, and 76% of local authorities were also present. Similarly, the UK’s top 20 construction companies also attended, ensuring that there was a plethora of high profile buyers gracing the floor.

There are over 500sqm of exhibition stands at the event, with established and up-and-comers alike being well-represented. There are a wealth of opportunities on offer for new deals to be struck and for everyone to take away something that they could use to better their own business. Additionally, there will be demos throughout the event that will give all attending the chance to see the latest technologies up close and in use. Anyone who is serious about succeeding in construction would be foolish to miss the Plant & Machinery exhibition this or any year.

Open to the Trade

Plant & Machinery Live is free for the trade to attend, but it is worth noting that children and students under the age of 16 will not be permitted at the event.

Location

The exhibition will be held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, with its own dedicated entrance to boot. The venue is one of the largest in the land, and has a reputation as the venue of choice for those wanting to host successful and memorable events for the building and construction industry.

Dates

This year the Plant & Machinery event will begin on Tuesday the 18th of October and end on Thursday the 20th. The exhibition will be open from 10am until 5pm on each day.
